Completely remove McAfee Endpoint Encryption using command prompt

So what happened was that I was manually uninstalling all McAfee software I had on my windows pc and I uninstalled them all except for the Endpoint Encryption. I have uninstalled the McAfee agent so basically I don't have any UI to do it through. I only have two folders in my "C:\Program Files\McAfee" and those are "Endpoint Encryption" and "Endpoint Encryption Agent". I have checked through Registry Editor and the encryption is active and status for both C and D drives is encrypted. I want to decrypt drives, remove pre boot authentication and uninstall the software completely. Help please.
