How asymmetric is this matrix

I see the matrix is clearly asymmetrical. The lower triangle has significantly higher values than the upper triangle. But I want to get some kind of measure, indicator for this. Is there an established way to define how assymetrical a matrix is? Matrix: $$\begin{pmatrix} 0 & 0 & 0 & 0 & 0 & 0 & 0\\ 2 & 4 & 0 & 0 & 0 & 0 & 0\\ 6 & 2 & 2 & 0 & 0 & 0 & 0\\ 4 & 8 & 3 & 2 & 1 & 0 & 0\\ 1 & 1 & 1 & 3 & 3 & 0 & 0\\ 1 & 0 & 0 & 0 & 0 & 0 & 0\\ 0 & 0 & 1 & 0 & 0 & 0 & 0\\ \end{pmatrix}$$
